Another variation on pizza: Pizza covered in RedHot Sauce. 
What is in the Jansport? 
A large green tupperware, homemade yogurt and an apple.
Getting a clear view of the bottom of the container there appears to be several sandwiches and some chicken.
Sandwiches are of the 3 year old almond butter variety.
